Throughout my journey, I found inspiration in knowing that a person can learn and grow into what they set their mind and energy toward. Its hard work, and extremely fulfilling. As soon as we start our day, we quickly become consumed by our fears, unconscious thoughts, our inbox, and other people’s requests. This leads to a feeling of busyness and overwhelm. We come home at the end of the day exhausted and crash. The day is over, we’re tired, we watch TV, and it’s off to bed. This cycle continues, day in day out, as we slowly slide farther away from who we want to be–and know we should be.
