This goes out to the ambitious, hungry, winners out there. Those who feel a constant yearning to grow and become more. It is to you, the person who reads four books every month. You, who are always striving to become more than the person you were the day before.
Mounds of success literature state that there must be a yearning inside us if we are to succeed:
Napoleon Hill, in Think and Grow Rich, calls it our definiteness of purpose.
Friedrich Nietzsche tells us that if we get a strong enough WHY we can overcome almost any HOW.
James Allen tells us as a man thinketh so is he.
Tony Robbins encourages us to Release the Power Within.
These concepts are must-have ingredients. But that is all they are, ingredients. Many of us will read the books, listen to the podcasts, post the quotes on our desktop, and talk the talk. But who are we really, right now, in this moment? It becomes our great deception.
